Quotes, Pricing &#038; Project Scope<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time of enquiry.<\/li>\n    <li>Final pricing, timelines and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins.<\/li>\n    <li>Delays caused by missing access, content or information may impact delivery.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">3. Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Provide accurate information and timely access where required.<\/li>\n    <li>Ensure you own or have rights to any supplied content (text, images, logos).<\/li>\n    <li>Avoid abusive or unlawful activity across communication channels.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">4. Payments, Refunds &#038; Cancellations<\/h2>\n  <h3>4.1 Hosting &#038; Domains<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable.<\/li>\n    <li>SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued.<\/li>\n    <li>Hosting fees are refundable only if a service was not delivered as described.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <h3>4.2 Project Work<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Deposits are non-refundable.<\/li>\n    <li>Work completed before cancellation remains payable.<\/li>\n    <li>Source files and credentials may be withheld until invoices are settled.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <h3>4.3 Chargebacks<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    Unlawful chargebacks may result in service suspension and debt recovery where legally permitted.\n  <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">5. We act as a Data Controller for enquiries and as a\n    Data Processor when handling customer-owned information for support purposes.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>6.1 Data Collected<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Name, email, phone if voluntarily provided.<\/li>\n    <li>Message and project information.<\/li>\n    <li>Technical logs (IP address, browser metadata, timestamps) for security and uptime.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>6.2 Lawful Basis (GDPR Art. 6)<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Consent (contact forms)<\/li>\n    <li>Contract (quotes and service delivery)<\/li>\n    <li>Legitimate interest (security and communication)<\/li>\n    <li>Legal obligation (accounting retention)<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>6.3 Storage &#038; Retention<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Enquiries up to 24 months<\/li>\n    <li>Invoices and financial records up to 6 years<\/li>\n    <li>Technical logs as required for uptime and abuse prevention<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">7. Data Processing Commitments<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>We process customer data only under documented instruction.<\/li>\n    <li>Essential third-party vendors (hosting \/ email delivery) may access minimal data.<\/li>\n    <li>Data is deleted or returned on service termination unless retention laws apply.<\/li>\n    <li>Customers remain responsible for the legality of data they provide.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">8. Security, Abuse &#038; Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>No phishing, spam blasting or malware distribution.<\/li>\n    <li>No DDoS, scanning, probing or attacking infrastructure.<\/li>\n    <li>No illegal media, copyright abuse or unlawful data.<\/li>\n    <li>We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service for abuse.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">9. Hosting, Uptime &#038; SLA Commitment<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Hosting is operated on a commercially reasonable basis. Monthly target uptime is 99%,\n    excluding data-centre outages, DDoS, third-party network failures, power events or\n    force majeure. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.\n  <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">10. Backups &#038; Data Safety<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Unless a paid backup plan is included, customers are responsible for their own data.\n    GHFS Hosting is not liable for customer-side deletion or data corruption outside our control.\n  <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">11. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by natural events, grid failure,\n    war, regulatory orders, power disruption or network-level collapse.\n  <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">12. Indemnity<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Clients indemnify GHFS Hosting against claims involving IP misuse, illegal content,\n    regulatory breaches or losses caused by client activity.\n  <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">13. Dispute &#038; Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    We encourage amicable resolution. If required, disputes fall under the authority of\n    the Courts of England &#038; Wales.\n  <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"ghfs-section\">\n  <h2 class=\"ghfs-section__title\">14.
