Scope and contact

This policy covers GH-FS websites and the following applications published or being prepared for release by GHFS Digital. Each application’s section explains the data handling relevant to that application; an online service’s practices do not apply to an offline tool simply because both appear here.

For privacy, access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@gh-fs.com or use our contact page. For radio requests, contact radyo@gonulmisralari.com. Include the relevant application and enough information to identify your request. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

GHFS Image Tools, PDF Tools and Audio Tools

These tools process files on your device. Image Tools reads images you select and creates resized or converted copies. Its metadata-removal option removes metadata from the generated image; it does not change or delete the original. PDF Tools reads selected images or PDFs and creates, merges or extracts PDF pages. Audio Tools reads selected audio, creates WAV files, trims compatible AAC/M4A audio and saves ringtone copies.

Selected file content, names and technical properties such as image size or audio duration are used to perform your requested operation. These applications do not upload these files to GHFS servers, require an account, or include advertising or analytics SDKs. Android’s file/photo picker controls access to the items you select. Output files are saved in device media/download folders and remain until you delete them. Uninstalling an app may leave these generated files in shared storage. Manage them with your file manager.

GHFS Focus

Focus stores timer mode, running or paused state, scheduled completion time and the current day’s completed focus-session count in local app preferences. These records support the timer and daily statistics; they are not uploaded to a GHFS account or server. Optional notification permission allows completion reminders. You can disable notifications in Android settings and clear app storage to remove stored timer data.

GHFS Scanner

Scanner uses the Google Play services ML Kit document-scanning interface. You choose camera scans or gallery images and which results to return to the app. It saves the returned JPEG pages and PDF document in device storage. GHFS does not upload your scanned documents to a GHFS server. The scanning component processes document images on the device; its module may need an initial network download. The Google component’s diagnostic handling is explained below. Saved documents remain until you delete them, including after uninstalling the app.

GHFS Video Tools

Video Tools reads videos you select and their media properties to trim compatible streams, remove audio or extract compatible AAC audio. Processing and generated media files stay on the device rather than being uploaded to GHFS servers. Android’s picker controls selected-file access. Delete exported videos or audio through your file manager; uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove these exports.

GHFS QR Tools

QR Tools uses Google’s code-scanner interface to read codes, and generates QR images locally from text or Wi-Fi details you enter. GHFS does not receive scanned code content or generated QR images on a server. Google’s scanner processes images on the device and does not store the images or scan results. Its module can require a network download and its diagnostic handling is explained below. If you save or share a QR image, that image contains the encoded information: a Wi-Fi QR can reveal the network name and password to anyone who reads it. Share it only with intended recipients. Saved images and recipient copies remain until separately deleted.

Google scanning components

Scanner and QR Tools use Google Play services scanning components. ML Kit diagnostic and usage information can include device and app information, device or installation identifiers, performance and configuration information, feature events and errors. Google transmits this diagnostic information using HTTPS. QR Tools enables automatic zoom, which can also generate scan-session, zoom and barcode-position diagnostic information. This technical information is distinct from uploading your document or QR content to GHFS. See Google’s ML Kit data disclosures and Google’s privacy policy. These components mean the scanning apps should not be described as collecting no data solely because image processing occurs locally.

GHFS Notes

Notes stores note titles and bodies encrypted with AES-256-GCM in a local database using a key held in Android Keystore. Creation and update times and pin status are stored as local database metadata. There is no GHFS cloud synchronisation or user account. Android app backup is disabled for this application, and its encryption key is device-bound. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can permanently remove access to your notes. Encryption of stored content does not prevent someone using an unlocked app from reading notes. If you deliberately share a note, the receiving app obtains its readable text and handles it under its own privacy practices. Delete notes in the app; remove shared copies separately.

GHFS File Tools

File Tools accesses files and folders you select through Android’s Storage Access Framework. It reads names, sizes and file contents to analyse folders, calculate SHA-256 hashes, identify duplicates and create or extract ZIP archives. Duplicate detection does not automatically delete files. GHFS does not upload selected contents to a GHFS server. If you select a cloud-backed document provider, that provider may download or upload files under its own policies. Created archives and extracted files remain in the chosen or output storage until you delete them.

GHFS Trade Job Manager

GHFS Trade Job Manager (com.ghfsdigital.tradejobmanager) stores customer names, phone numbers, email and job addresses, job descriptions and private notes, checklists, materials, quoted job values, payment records and selected job photos locally on the device. Customer and job text fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a device-bound Android Keystore key. Job photos are stored in private app storage; photos and operational metadata are not individually encrypted by the app.

The app has no account, GHFS cloud synchronisation, advertising or analytics SDK and does not request Android INTERNET permission. Automatic app backup and device transfer are disabled. You may deliberately export a PDF job summary or a backup through Android’s document picker. Backup files include records and photos and are protected with AES-256-GCM and a password-derived key using PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256. GHFS cannot recover a forgotten backup password. The document provider you choose, including a cloud provider, handles exported files under its own privacy practices.

Call, email, map, photo-viewer and website actions open the external app you select and provide only the details needed for that action. PDF exports contain readable job details and payment notes. Selected recipients and external apps handle these details under their own policies. Delete customers, jobs and associated photos inside the app; clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local records and the device-bound key. Exported PDFs, encrypted backups and recipient copies remain until you remove them separately. A successful restore replaces current app records; export a backup first if you need to retain them.

This application manages work and simple payment records. It does not submit tax returns or provide HMRC, MTD, VAT-return or CIS-return functionality. For privacy requests contact info@gh-fs.com.

Device backup, selected providers and sharing

Android or a device manufacturer’s backup and device-transfer features may copy eligible preferences or app data for applications that permit backup, depending on your device settings. GHFS Notes and GHFS Trade Job Manager disable Android app backup. Manage system backups through device settings and the backup provider; clearing local app data does not necessarily remove an existing backup. Selecting cloud-backed files, opening external links or sharing output through another app involves the provider or recipient you choose. The tools do not add a GHFS cloud-storage service. Copies exported to shared folders or other devices must be removed separately.

GHFS Quick Share

Quick Share lets you deliberately transfer selected files and text between your phone and another device on a local network. It processes file content and names, shared text and network requests for the session. The receiving device obtains the content you choose to share; uploads to the phone are saved locally. GHFS does not receive this content through a central cloud service.

A session link contains an access token. Anyone who can reach the server and has this link can use the session. Keep it private and only share it with intended recipients. The local transfer uses HTTP and is not encrypted in transit. Use a trusted private network and avoid transferring sensitive material on untrusted networks. The server stops when the application enters the background, but downloaded or uploaded copies can remain on recipient devices. Ending a session does not erase those copies. Delete your local files using your file manager and ask recipients to remove their own copies where necessary.

No user account, advertising SDK or analytics SDK is included in this application. Local network access is used to provide the transfer you start.

Neon Core Escape

The game stores gameplay preferences and progress, including sound settings, unlocked levels and a high score, locally on the device or in browser storage. These records support gameplay and are not a public profile or an online leaderboard. The game does not require a player account. Clearing the app’s storage or the browser’s site data removes local progress; this can reset scores and unlocked levels.

The game’s local implementation does not send scores to a GHFS game server or include third-party advertising or analytics code. When accessing a web-hosted version or opening a website link, the hosting service receives normal network requests as described in the website section below. Offline cached assets may remain until app/browser data is cleared.

GHFS Hosting

The hosting application provides access to hosting information and connected customer services. Visiting online pages sends technical request information, such as your IP address and browser/device request details, to the hosting infrastructure. If you submit an enquiry or use customer account, order, billing or support features, the service processes the contact, account, order, billing and message information you provide to fulfil that request, manage your service and meet applicable record-keeping duties.

Connected portals can use cookies or local storage for login sessions and essential functionality. Customer-service records are retained as needed to provide support and meet applicable obligations. Account or service-data deletion requests can be made through the contact details above; records that must legally be retained may not be deleted immediately. Deleting the mobile app does not cancel a hosting service or delete a customer portal account. Where an external payment or service provider is used, that provider processes the information submitted to it under its own privacy notice. The hosting service privacy notice provides related service information.

Gönül Mısraları Canlı Radyo

Listening to public radio and reading general content does not require an account. Connecting to the stream or website sends network request information to the website and streaming infrastructure. If you choose to use İstek Parça or Gönül Sohbeti, the service can process your name or nickname, message, requested song, submission time, IP address and technical request information.

These details support song requests, chat publication and moderation, abuse prevention and technical operation. Messages submitted for publication can be visible to other listeners. Avoid including private or sensitive information in public messages. Website, Plesk/WordPress and AzuraCast infrastructure process the data needed to run these services. Request and chat records are retained while needed for moderation and service administration; security logs may also be retained for operational protection. The radio is not specifically directed at children under 13. It does not intentionally solicit personal information from children under 13. Notify the radio contact if you believe such information has been submitted.

Websites, support and service providers

When you visit GH-FS websites or contact support, we process the details you submit, such as contact information and message content, to respond and provide the requested service. Hosting infrastructure also processes technical connection and access logs for operation and security. Websites and customer portals may use essential cookies and, where enabled, performance analytics; website cookie information is provided in the cookie notice.

We do not sell personal data. Information necessary to provide an online service can be processed by infrastructure, email, support or payment providers, and disclosed where legally required. Offline file processing does not by itself send data to these providers. Opening an external link or intentionally submitting information to another service subjects that interaction to the destination’s privacy practices.

Retention, security and your choices

Offline files and game progress remain under device storage controls. Information submitted to online services is retained for the relevant service, support, moderation, security or legally required records, rather than indefinitely for an unrelated purpose. You may ask us about retention for your specific account or request. We do not promise that deleting an app erases separately stored files, recipient copies or server-side account records.

Online web services use the security protections of their respective infrastructure. Quick Share’s local HTTP exception is explained above. No system or transfer can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Limit what you share and use the available device, account and privacy controls.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal information, object to processing or raise a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact us using the details above. We may need proportionate information to verify a request before disclosing or changing personal records. Legal duties or other applicable exceptions can limit deletion.

Request account or data deletion

For GHFS Hosting, email info@gh-fs.com from your account’s registered email address with the subject “GHFS Hosting account deletion”. Identify the account and say whether you request account closure, particular data deletion, or both. We will verify the request and explain any active-service consequences before closing an account. Account closure and service cancellation are separate from uninstalling the app. Billing, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute records may need to be kept where applicable duties require it; we will explain the relevant exception when responding.

For Gönül Mısraları, email radyo@gonulmisralari.com with the subject “Radio data deletion”, identifying the nickname, approximate submission date and request/chat message you want removed. Do not include your password. For offline tools and Neon Core Escape there is no developer-held user account to close: delete shared output files using your file manager, and clear local app/browser storage to remove settings or game progress. Quick Share recipients must separately delete their copies.

GHFS JobProof

GHFS JobProof (com.ghfsdigital.jobproof) is an offline job-record and PDF-report app. It does not require an account and does not send job information to GHFS. It has no advertising, analytics, cloud synchronisation or in-app purchases.

You may enter business contact details and logo, customer names and addresses, job references and locations, descriptions, notes, work-item statuses and photo captions. You can select photos or take photos using your camera app. Selected photos are copied into the app’s private storage. Job records and photos remain in the app’s local database and files. The app does not request internet, location, contacts or broad storage permission. Ordinary local records and images are not separately encrypted by the app; Android device security may protect them.

The optional backup feature creates password-encrypted archives using AES-256-GCM and PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256. A temporary archive may be held in the app’s private cache while backup or restore runs; the app attempts to remove it when finished. Keep your backup password safe: GHFS cannot recover it. Restoring a backup switches to the restored records; an earlier local generation may remain for rollback until you delete all data or clear app storage.

If you view or share a PDF, Android passes it to the viewer or sharing app you choose. Exported backups are written to the destination you choose, which may be a cloud or third-party provider. Those providers and recipients handle files under their own privacy terms. GHFS does not control those destinations.

Records stay on your device until you delete them, clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. You can delete individual jobs or photos, or use the delete-all control. Exported PDFs, backups and recipient copies must be deleted separately from their destinations. GHFS cannot access records stored only in the app. If you record information about customers, staff, homes or other people, you or your business are responsible for deciding what to record, your lawful basis, access and retention. GHFS JobProof (Türkçe)

GHFS JobProof (com.ghfsdigital.jobproof), çevrimdışı iş kaydı ve PDF rapor uygulamasıdır. Hesap gerektirmez ve iş bilgilerini GHFS’e göndermez. Reklam, analiz, bulut eşitleme veya uygulama içi satın alma içermez.

Fener Bekçisi: Lighthouse Keeper

Fener Bekçisi: Lighthouse Keeper (com.ghfsdigital.lighthousekeeper) is an offline, single-player game. It does not require an account and includes no advertising, analytics or tracking. The app does not request internet, location or contacts access, and GHFS does not receive gameplay data. Game progress, preferences and generated maps are stored locally in the app on your device. Android device backup or transfer settings may separately include eligible app data; manage those copies in your Android backup settings. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local progress, but may not remove a separate system backup.

GH-FS website enquiries, analytics and cookies

For gh-fs.com, GH-FS / GHFS Digital is the contact point for personal-data requests. Write to info@gh-fs.com or use the contact page. When you submit an enquiry, the English Contact Form asks for your first name, email address and message, with phone number optional. The Turkish contact form asks for your name, email address and message, with telephone optional. The Quote Request form asks which services you are interested in, your first and last name, and email address. It may also collect a name prefix, middle name, business name, phone number, city/location, preferred contact method, timeline and project details. We use the details you choose to provide to reply, prepare a quote or deliver the service you request. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Our hosting and security systems also process technical request and access-log information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser/device details and response status to deliver the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot faults. We use information for the purposes for which you provide it, to take steps requested before a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal duties, or where our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website apply. We rely on consent for optional analytics cookies. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the cookie-preference control.

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-MB9QXVBNSR) is used to understand website usage and improve the site only when you consent to analytics cookies. If you reject analytics, the analytics tag should remain blocked. Google may process online identifiers and usage/device information when enabled; see Google’s privacy information. Website hosting, form processing and email delivery providers may process information needed to operate the site and answer your enquiry. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your enquiry for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis or consent.

We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the requested work and handle follow-up, then remove or minimise them unless a legal, accounting, security or dispute need requires longer retention. Hosting logs follow operational and security retention needs. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object where applicable, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We may need to verify a request and legal duties can limit deletion.

Updates

We will update this policy when covered applications or services change their data handling. The date above identifies the current policy version. New data collection, permissions or service features will be reflected in the relevant application section and notices.
